v0.2 Pre-release interim (debug)

A number of small tweaks and fixes have been implemented, and there is experimental support for short pipe mass transfers between cells.

Does most of the things you probably expect, but you might not want to bet your house on it just yet.

Only supplied as a Windows binary, but you can build on Linux if you clone the repository.
