I'm trying to change the font theme in the terminal. i already did some tweaks in dwm's config.h
now when i set a theme in xresources, i have issues with competition.
1 I have to run the !xrdb command everytime I boot in order to have the theme working.
2 the theme in xresources ?partially? overwrites the config in dwm. -> e.g. the status bar etc are getting spoiled.
So my question is, like where should i put the theme in order to not break the status bar colors? Basically I want it only to apply to st, so that i can set the color of the status bar but also of the window margins separately ...
thxx for any hint
i'm still insecure about what belongs where in this beautiful maze

ok, without any further meddling it works. So I can't reproduce the buggy thing. a couple of reboots fixed it probably.
Just gotta learn that some things I'll never understand
