Hi i have a problem where my clips are stuttering like crazy. I have the same settings as one of my friend.

Hey, you created this issue in the RePlaysTV repository, which is currently no longer under development.

I recommend visiting and using the RePlays (without the TV, what's the difference?) repository instead. If you are experiencing issues with that as well, then I would recommend double checking your encoder settings and make sure you are using a GPU-based encoder.
