Can't run SublimeXiki with ST2 (2.0.1) on Windows 7 #29

When I type some command (for example 'dir') and hit Ctrl+Enter or Ctrl+Shift+Enter, I obtain :

Error was:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe9 in position 20: ordinal not in range(128)

Sublime Text 2 support is completely deprecated. Let me know if you're still using this and run into any problems with Sublime Text 3.
