Douglas was randomized into Bishop!Shanna with a Barrier Staff and apparently she likes spending her turn not moving and using the Barrier staff on herself?! Maybe it's because the enemy was never supposed to have Barrier Staves in their inventory? I don't recall enemy mages in vanilla FE6 having access to Barrier...
