Cannot Create Alerts

Is there a reason the "New Alert" button does not show up after a fresh build. I cannot create alerts because of this.

@zdogger - I'll take a look at this shortly. I think my version of Grafana is a little dated at this time but I'll deploy it and see what's up. Thanks for letting me know!
