Roku allows the usage of explicit interfaces when calling methods, for instance, using a string with 'ifStringOps' functions is supported by Roku:

text.ifstringops.len() text.ifstringops.mid(i,1)

This can be omitted but users may have used this on their apps.

Changes on this PR (finishing implementation of #164):
- When using explicit interface, only methods from that interface are accessible.
- If trying to access interface directly (no method) a Syntax Error is raised
