Improve Blacklist
The idea of offering a blacklist is really good, but for me it does not work as expected. I am using Parallels to run WINDOWS on my MacBook. I would love if AltTab switches to standard WINDOWS functionality as soon as the Parallels window/fullscreen is open.

Indeed, Parallels seem to have a hacky ways to deal with bundle ID as it exists as multiple apps in the Dock for instance.
I have updated the blacklist logic to allow blacklist strings listed in the preferences to be only the start of the bundle ID. thus com.parallels. will catch all Parallel apps. This update will be in the next release, and should hopefully fix the issue you have.
Note that I can't really be more flexible without hardcoding more advanced logic, as some apps don't have a bundle ID, and some apps use the same bundle ID for windows you want to blacklist, and windows you don't. Going more granular would be quite complex.
