menu-cached hangs @ shutdown or reboot

Easy to find with systemd and KillUserProcesses=Yes:
-- systemctl enable debug-shell
-- systemctl start debug-shell
-- issue a reboot or shutdown on a long enough running system
-- switch to VT9
-- pgrep -a -u $user
-- kill menu-cache, the shutdown or reboot will continue immediately

I am experiencing the same issue. I am wondering if the cause is lxqt-panel or menu-cached.
Maybe we can help the LXQt developer out by finding if and which one of the two is the cause.

I have the same problem on Debian 9 (stretch) w/ LXQt.

# journalctl --boot=-1 | grep session-2.scope
Jun 29 10:59:04 chun-li.bluraf.pl systemd[1]: session-2.scope: Stopping timed out. Killing.
Jun 29 10:59:04 chun-li.bluraf.pl systemd[1]: session-2.scope: Killing process 9519 (menu-cached) with signal SIGKILL.
Jun 29 10:59:04 chun-li.bluraf.pl systemd[1]: session-2.scope: Unit entered failed state.

We believe that the issue you reported is fixed in the latest version of menu-cache.
