Selection Page Added

Added the selection page to public facing website and added links to all pages including access to the admin section.

Future Version Plans

Add administration login page/registration pages to secure access to the admin pages and database tables.

This pre-release features GH-pages and a admin pages capable of "Selecting" data form database using prepared sql method. Still to implement - delete & edit records, login & register pages with passwords, code validation and updating front events pages.
