Again title says it all. On the plus side it does an OK job of finding those files.

Your other program Caesium handles them just fine. What I have been doing is using Caesium to re-encode the JPEGs and then use CaesiumPH.

This is a bug of the underneath library powering CaesiumPH. I'm still working on it, but this problem seems solved. I need more tests though.
