Install script

@ryyu and I have added a script to install the themes. The terminal preferences are slow to load when all are installed, so I suggest installing all and deleting the ones you don't want.

The profile list supports multi-select so hold command and click on the ones you want to remove and then click the - button :

Hey @estrellar, first of all. thanks you for your contribution!

My point here is:

• for now, there are ~160 color scheme in repo (every has preview screenshots), so it's hard to imagine, that someone will ever want to install all of them;

• this repo contain color schemes; iterm2 -> Terminal conversion tool & screenshot-ready preview generating script - that's all. It knows nothing about what users would do with those color schemes, or even any guides/how-tos about how to enable color highlight for your shell. That's it. This repo is not a set of tools it's just a collection of color schemes only.

Thus, I don't think this script should be included into repo.
