We used Participatory System Dynamics (PSD) methods to elicit the expertise of frontline clinic staff and other stakeholders about facilitators and barriers to local reach of evidence-based practices. Based on this input, we adapted and expanded on seminal service delivery models from the System Dynamics literature, and honed our conceptual diagrams iteratively with stakeholders over more than two years.
