In the internet-resilience branch, speedtest runner fails with this error (from balena device logs):

 main  2021-10-22 17:23:59,911 speedtest.py:126 INFO Starting Speedtest multi-stream test...
 main  2021-10-22 17:24:01,456 server.py:110 ERROR Failed to run test Speedtest-cli-multi-stream: local variable 'murakami_output' referenced before assignment
