Interesting issue with Opera

In opera Android mobile and windows opera, on the results section, the Download, Latency and Retransmission fields are blank. This is at the NDT7 test at https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/.

This seems to have been fixed now. The cause was probably an abnormal interruption of either the download or the upload test. There two PRs have fixed two causes of early termination:

• Fix upload termination bug #18
• Update uploader() to slow down initial message doubling #45

The version of ndt7-js used by speed.measurementlab.net has been updated to include those fixes.
