An IRC logging robot
You need to grab libirc.py from https://github.com/m13253/libirc
change HOST PORT NICK IDENT REALNAME CHAN in the source before using.
fmtlog.py is used to format its log.
use ./fmtlog.py <irclog.log >irclog.html
