so issues were disabled in settings for some inexplicable reason so that's cool #1

what do you want me to do with this repo?

also I think you might want to invite @endeav0r to capstone-rust; i know they have a fork, and are probably more interested in capstone development and bindings, etc., as they use it in a major project

After:

  1. @richo transfers his capstone-rs.
  2. I merge my changes into the newly transferred capstone-rs (which combine @m4b and @richo).

Then I think you should:

  1. Delete all files but the README (so that it does not build).
  2. Have the README state that the repo is deprecated and point to the new capstone-rust/capstone-rs.

I'm not going to delete anything depreciation and yank is enough
