The framework are designed to work on GNU/Linux systems and it was tested only on Debian-Like systems, perhaps you can try to get the python packages like scapy as show this example: http://www.secdev.org/projects/scapy/doc/installation.html#mac-os-x and

you need to go after the dependencies manually while trying to run pip install -r requirements.txt , if a error pops out is a dependence that you need to go after and install in your sys, but i don't give any warranty that it will work 100%.
