Not yet. I know that @mlunax wanted to work on this, but I'm not sure what her status is now. Unfortunately, I won't have time for this for at least the next several weeks.

feat: implement OAuth2 flow for MAL authentication

This increases the security of the user accounts, as Tundra never sees
their passwords anymore. Also, this is a first step in making #1
possible (as those other websites, like AniList or Kitsu use OAuth2 as
well).
