pproc-sparql

This repository contains some of the SPARQL queries that can be used to retrieve data about public contracts according to the PPROC ontology. These queries can be tested at the following SPARQL endpoints:

Here we provide a list of the queries and their descriptions:

  • Query 1 provides a list of the 50 contracts with the highest allocated budget.
  • Query 2 provides a list of lasts contracts awarded.
  • Query 3 provides the count of contracts by type.
  • Query 4 provides the count of contracts by procedure.
  • Query 5 provides a list of contracts grouped by managing department.
  • Query 6 provides a list of suppliers that have worked with public authorities in the year 2014.
  • Query 7 provides a list of steps taken by a contract.
  • Query 8 provides the number of formalized contracts between 11/11/2011 and the current date.
  • Query 9 provides the actual price of all the contracts started, awarded or formalized in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
  • Query 10 provides the total price of the formalized contracts with the supplier MULTITEC.
  • Query 11 provides the id, subtype and date of the formalized contracts with the supplier URBANCO.
  • Query 12 provides URI and names of managing department with most contracts.
  • Query 13 provides a list of all contracts awarded by the city, classified by type and amount, indicating the object, the amount of the bid, the award and the final cost, the procedure for the award, the instruments through which have been published where appropriate, the number of participating tenders, the awarded tenders, the duration or timing of planned and actual implementation, modifications, and any other information of special interest to the public.
  • Query 14 provides the budget volume in percentage of contracts awarded by each of the procedures provided for in the legislation.
