We cannot make bots or shopkeepers.
No rush on this, obviously, since shop lists still do not work, but just putting it out there for future reference. :)

Making bots is now a priority, I believe. Please, when you get a moment, consider fixing this so that we can make bots and shopkeepers again. New areas are going in where we will need bots and functional shopkeepers.

Added note for bot creation. We can make bots and shopkeepers in admin, but are unable to set them as active, so they do not show up in game.
