Fixes #135

Changes Introduced

  • Ability to add comments that are not displayed to the user but used in the
    execution of the program and when copying code blocks.

Fair choice, as far as Markdown goes; there's no good way to really extend its syntax, after all.

Ideally, we'd be able to partially include a file so we could step though some code across multiple slides, pulling different lines from the same source file. Using this here syntax, we'd need to include the full file several times.

But, as I said: good enough for simple cases, and probably close to what you can get with Markdown-based syntax.
