- Removed PolicyManager since @groob never finished it. We can bring PM back and re-architect it since so much has changed
- Requires Xcode 13 / Swift 5.5 to build now
- Moves to some new Swift 5.5 features
- Redoes debug mode with schemes
- Fixes spacing/padding in the UI
- Makes all the previews consistent
- Bumps Nudge to 1.0.1
- Fixes GitHub Action runners with new syntax
- Refactor some repeated code
