Wikimedia is using a new continuation mechanism. Is it probably possible to support that?

For more info:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Raw_query_continue

Right now, "this.getAll(...)" wont continue at all after 500 entries. Except if you pass in "rawcontinue: true" as property.
