If disabled, the minutes arc is displayed as expected by everyone.
If enabled, a turn indicates that 30 minutes has passed. The first 30 minutes, the minutes arcs is white on black background, and from 30 to 59, the minutes arcs is black on white background (like hours that are white on black the morning and black on white the afternoon).
