Mark一下想法。

可以在不导入音频的情况下使用钢琴卷帘，成为一个单纯的midi编辑器。

但是现在播放是通过animationFrame不断查询audio的currentTime以更新播放时间，进而控制midi音符的播放。如果没有音频则需要换一个时间驱动方式。卷帘的边界也需要考虑: 如何自动拓展? 如果单靠生成audio内容去适应当前框架似乎有些蠢。也许需要制造一个接口和audio一样的对象。

完成了issue1再考虑这个想法。

还没完成issue1就完成了issue2，因为issue1有些困难。具体见8月2日的commit
