This adds MQTT support.
It simply publishes activity changes as state changes. Activity names will be parameterized and underscored when they are reported as state:
off=>offWatch TV=>watch_tvListen to Music=>listen_to_musicharmony-api publishes all of it's topic with the namespace of
harmony-api.State topic -
