The SMD Slide Switch used (sparkfun SKU COM-08769) seems to be proving
unreliable. The top cover may come off after repeated use and the switch
falls apart due to lack of tension on the top cover.
Work Around:
1) Bypass Switch via solder jumper SJ5 so board is always on.

Or
2) Bend in the ends of the cover slightly to add more tension and re-fix
the cover and slide assembly.
Or
3) Remove SMD Switch and solder external switch leads onto PCB pads.
A replacement part will be sourced for future PCB revisions.

This problem is more prevalent when soldering the switch in the oven as a
batch, if
hand soldering then not so much a problem. I couldn't find any temperature
profiles
for this component.
