Feature: Teams

We'd like to add a new teams endpoint. We can include minimal information (like membership) but interested in what else would be part of an MVP release.

There isn't a whole lot to in game Teams. It's limited to 6 members and the only other meta data is Team Name, Team Tag, Team Skill Tier, Team Leader, Wins, Team Trophies (from past seasons)

Other useful information may be -- Team Creation Date , Member Join Date, Member Join Order (if a captain leaves the team, second member who joined said team becomes the leader) That information might be good to have.

I agree there is not much beyond name in Game itself. Even if we can get what ever is in Game - thats good enough to start with.
