This deletes the changes that were done in `scenarios/insecure-rbac/setup.yaml` Prior to this change, if you ran setup -> teardown -> setup, you would see the following message: ``` serviceaccount/superadmin unchanged clusterrolebinding.rbac.authorization.k8s.io/superadmin unchanged ```
