File Upload visible to users with Money Permission

Feature Request

We want to add Notes at Client level and Group Level which are visible to only the person creating or can have a option of visible to specific person like partners or managers. For eg. discussion about fees of client or group need not be seen by all the staff but can be visible to only partners

We already have this feature. For exactly this use case.
In Client Group, we have a field called "Billing Note". This is editable by users with Billing Permission and Viewable by users with Money Permission.

You want to option to Upload Files which are visible to Only users having Money Permission.
Kindly confirm, will accordingly plan for this.
