Regardless what the documentation says (https://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/#/carousel)
the code specifically restrict uib-carousel & uib-slide to be an attribute (https://github.com/angular-ui/bootstrap/blob/master/src/carousel/carousel.js#L289).
