Photo Grid Image Quality

Loading for Photos is slow + the image quality is unnecessarily high. This is also going to Increase the s3 usage costs although the cost will likely be negligible (this is more of a performance issue).

There should probably be 3 different S3 buckets for the photos -- one with the thumbnail quality, one with the carousel quality/size, and a third for the full high res image when opening the image in a new tab or saving for download.

There also might be a way to control the photo image quality on load through react plugins or the next image component, sine that allows for size constraints.
