The requirements.txt fails with pip3 #5

During the installations, it fails due to numpy

To resolve this in requirements.txt file just remove the version requirements, and install like that.

requirements.txt:

opencv-python==4.4.0.42
opencv-contrib-python==4.4.0.42

to

opencv-python
opencv-contrib-python
