Clone of a Face Down permanent is weird #12161

I used [[Clone]] on a manifested creature:

Not even a placeholder name is weird, but doesn't seem that wrong:

However once the permanent leaves the battlefield, it is in a wrong state (Frame color not right, type line wrong):
