Fixes #3000

  • moved checkWorkedBefore lookup from keyup to blur events so lookup happens after TAB press or click in other field similar to behaviour of N1MM Logger+
  • added second green badge if station is okay to work ("Go Work Them")

Tested in ARRL DX Phone Contest and produced no dupes any longer
