Point cursor at the end of Chrome's address bar
Click Alt+C and select any text bufer

Expected:

text should be pasted at the end of address bar

Actual:

text is pasted at the beginning

The issue is often reproduced when you paste some old bufer.

Also it should be verified at different browsers
