Encoding issue on Emacs 27 #58

It appears to be a regression introduced by emacs 4a6302330384ad89bcfccce6b563eb5462b753a9, but I wanted to open it here just in case ghub is doing something incorrect when encoding PR bodies.

The gist is that submitting PR bodies that contain 📦 / 💁 error on Emacs 27 master

Can you clarify if you included the emoji characters themselves or their :mnemonics:? Can you reproduce with a straight-up ghub-post call? (Feel free to use vermiculus/my-new-repository as a dumping ground.)

This did end up being an emacs issue and is now fixed on master. All good!
