Issue: - Consequent SUCI & GUTI Reg switch test fails with sessiond triggered Service restart

Pattern of test where this issue is observed:
SUCI Reg -> Reg Accept -> GUTI Reg -> Reg Accept ->PDU Est -> Traffic UL & DL -> PDU REL -> DEREG -> Repeat from start
