• the "domain proxy build job" seems to fail reliably, see e.g. https://github.com/magma/magma/runs/5828987668?check_suite_focus=true - is a new skaffold config missing?
• the failure is reported as success to #ci-artifacts - see https://github.com/openEPC/magma/blob/db44d9a910e2ee6fd60a66a7a5cf288a7795ab98/.github/workflows/build_all.yml#L981
