This PR documents how to use emacs advices to add additionally expand-region keybindings. In the given documentation we add keybindings to jump the cursor to the end or beginning of the selected ER region
I don't expect this to be merged, and I don't expect non-needed functionality such as this to be merged natively either, but since issues aren't open to document this I hope this PR can live on to help someone else attempting the same thing
