This project is a simple web form created using HTML and CSS. It serves as a practice exercise to reinforce the basics of HTML and CSS and simulate an intergalactic travel booking form.
The Intergalactic Travel Form project is a basic web form designed to capture user information for booking intergalactic journeys. It includes common form elements such as text fields, radio buttons, and checkboxes, providing a practical application for learning HTML and CSS.
- Personal Information section: Input fields to collect user details such as name, email, age and contact information.
- Travel Preference Section: Checkboxes, radio buttons, level and dropdown to choose additional services or features for the journey.
- Intergalactic Passport: Field of type file to upload passport.
- Health and Safety Section: Check boxes and text area to add health and safety details.
- Legal Agreements and Consents Section: Agreement checkbox for consent. .
- Signature Field: Signature as input field and extra request to be added into the text area.
- Submit and reset Button: Submit the form for processing or reset button to refresh the form.
- Responsive Design: The form is designed to be responsive, ensuring a good user experience across various devices.
Note: Backend functionality not implemented in this practice project. Some of the fields might have the mandatory/required check as well.
