If you discover a vulnerability in RooMoo, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible to help us maintain the security and integrity of our platform. Here’s how you can report a vulnerability:
- Contact Information: Please send an email to security@roomoo.com with the details of the vulnerability.
- Details to Include: When reporting a vulnerability, include as much information as possible, such as:
- A description of the vulnerability and its impact.
- Steps to reproduce the vulnerability.
- Any potential solutions or mitigations you have identified.
- Response Time: You can expect an acknowledgment of your report within 48 hours. We will keep you informed about the progress of the investigation and any steps we take to address the vulnerability.
- Handling of the Vulnerability:
- If Accepted: We will work on a fix and aim to release it as soon as possible. You will be credited for your contribution unless you wish to remain anonymous.
- If Declined: We will provide you with an explanation as to why the vulnerability is not being addressed at this time.
