Invigilator Tests Failing

A lot of the tests are failing now:

• DownloadTest.BEH_Update_Successful (SEGFAULT)
• DownloadTest.BEH_Update_HasLatestVersion (SEGFAULT)
• DownloadTest.BEH_Update_NoManifestFile (SEGFAULT)
• DownloadTest.BEH_Update_IncorrectManifestFile (SEGFAULT)
• DownloadTest.DISABLED_BEH_Update_NoSignature (Not Run)
• DownloadTest.DISABLED_BEH_Update_InvalidSignature (Not Run)
• ProcessManagerTest.BEH_StartSingleProcess (SEGFAULT)
• ProcessManagerTest.BEH_StartThreeProcesses (SEGFAULT)
• ProcessManagerTest.BEH_StartManyDifferentProcesses (SEGFAULT)
• InvigilatorTest.FUNC_StartStop (SEGFAULT)

StartStop still times out, but the segfaults are fixed in maidsafe-archive/MaidSafe-Vault-Manager@cf533a5

Closing based on the following review comment,

They pass now. To the "working ls-mgr" diagnostics should be added the ls-mgr test in PD. Should be closed.
