I just wanted to point out that the RTSP port for foscam C1 (and probably most "recent"-firmware-running foscam ipcams) isn't hardcoded to 554 (although that IS its default).
Many firmware versions ago, it used to be configurable under Network > Port but a while back was inexplicably moved to Network > Onvif as demo'd in this screenshot.
