remove duplicated GmbH

Summary

I've looked into the Dockerfiles and found (like clamav for example, but it is alo in other dockerfiles):
LABEL maintainer "The Infrastructure Company GmbH GmbH <info@servercow.de>"
not sure, but I think it should be "The Infrastructure Company GmbH" not "The Infrastructure Company GmbH GmbH", like you can find it in the German Handelsregister

Motivation

no benefit, but it is wrong
