Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The communication with a server for ggb connection must be dynamic in setup. This requires the server not instantly connect upon opening the application.

Describe the solution you'd like
Menu system with an options pane to change url, port. Start session buttons for both "new session" and "return to session" options.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Command line arguments. This would not work for end users.

Began work on branch feature/menu-system. This branch is targeted towards a viable end user solution for dynamic server connection.
