Add ${DESTDIR} to the /etc dir for server.pub

When making this AUR package saw that ${DESTDIR} was missing. It's a little patch but hey :)

Hmmm, should the mtproto-client.c lines 120, 1624 and 1625 change too?

Hey, thanks for the help, but the configuration files for the public key are currently always stored in /etc/telegram-purple/server.pub, because otherwise I would have to do some acrobatic with macros definitions in mtproto-client.c.

Vysheng is currently helping out by merging the current state of telegram-cli into this repo, so there will be big changes in all files except of the ./telegram-purple subfolder. Since he has also changed how the public key is handled, I'm going to assume that all changes right now would be pretty useless. After that I'm going to take a look at this issue (and will also have a little more time to take care of this project).

Ok, it's simply for using the same Makefile for packaging the whole thing as binary. I fixed it locally patching the Makefile (this same diff) but thought I'd report it upstream.

It works really well! I'm looking forward into vysheng big merge :D
