mysqltuner 2.5.2 give me two recommends for the same variable for MariaDB 10.3.39:
[!!] Key buffer used: 18.5% (1.5M used / 8.0M cache)
[!!] Key buffer size / total MyISAM indexes: 8.0M/12.3M
[!!] Read Key buffer hit rate: 86.3% (124 cached / 17 reads)

key_buffer_size (~ 1M)
key_buffer_size (> 12.3M )

So which value to set?
