Defect/value filtering

In this release, there are three main changes:

1. Interrupted setups are permitted. That is, you may take an outline and reference indents, and run MapSetup away from the machine.
2. Defective regions can be accounted for through the refinement process, right from setup. These are captured as polygonal regions.
3. Hardness value filtering is now available, indents with extremely low or high hardness values will be treated as 'defects' with an area equivalent to the mean size of indent.
